Will, @noreaster picked up this blue for me. When putting it together I just never saw older kettles with stock black triangles.

Anyone seen this kind of configuration, sight out of the box on an older kettle?

Yep, have the same model. Moved the triangle and ash catcher over to my blacked out mastertouch clone. Couldn't be happier.

This blue along with the target copper is a 2011 AA model. Black triangles, handles and ash catchers came with certain kettles and we're available from weber for a handful of years afterwards.

That's a beauty. Really nice score. As for black triangles, I recently picked up a PatPend redhead that has a black triangle. It definitely looks original to me.

It's not just a grill, it's a WEBER

My 2013 Kraft Cheese Logo Kettle  has a black triangle.  But has the silver ash catcher.

Is that a long bowl handle? It looks like those handles are for an earlier gril.

Sweet score Joe. Grate assist Will.
There's a green I've seen like that as well.
I like the look.

Same as my 2001 blue.

How about a black ash catcher on a performer?  Or a 26 with a black ash catcher but a silver triangle?  Does this indicate anything in particular or could it simply mean the ash catchers were replaced?
Its amazing how quickly one weber kettle turns into more than a dozen!  Always open to grabbing something interesting so let me know what you've got!

Sharp looking!  Blues are my favorite!  I love the look with the black triangle on that!

Those are sweet.  Great score.
I have one just like it .... Probably the catalyst in how I got Weberitis.

@pbe gummi bear , this is how the bowl handles are now.  I did the following to help with wood handles.
