have a stroke inducing problem which kept me up all nite . what to do , i have the chance to score either a classic red 18 gold from the 80's with cool patina new triangle and wheels , or a new ivory 18 with bucket . both items won't cost me a penny .both items i lust over . need some logical advice as my emotions are all the place .thanks in advance

I guess I don't understand why you wouldn't be able to get both of them?

Reds can be found easily. I have only seen ivory for sale by members or pay even more to ship over the border. Get the ivory now and get a Red later.

patina is overrated and a red 18" gold wasnt made in the the 80's. I would get the one that is harder/more $ to get, in this case, the white one.

I echo what many others have said with the ivory.  Having said that, if you do go with red, give the seller/gifter of the ivory my information!  I'll gladly take it!
