Looks delicious! I see a pan of mac on the charcoal grate level. Did that cook at the same rate as the one on top or did you rotate them?

Thanks. Not to time consuming to make, once you make your cheese sauce. About 20 min prep and 30-45 min on the grill

I have not yet tried to smoke cheese . Would like to give it a shot . I imagine that would bring a whole different level to that Mac n cheese

It was delicious. As for the smaller pan it's actually on the grill grate not the charcoal grate. The main tray was on a grill tray I got with one of my Weber's I bought off Craigslist. I believe it's for a Big Green Egg but it works fine for what I use it for. The time was the same for both.
