I was browsing some of the BBQ cook books we have and came across a tip of the hat to our friend @Rub !

Very cool! Anyone else have this book? 8)

Cockroach Chicken huh !!!  Now I know the secret recipe of @Rub and why it tasted that good on the FL meet :) .
Looking for Colored 18 MBH

Just the other day I ran across an actual cockroach recipe somewhere already forgotten. An eye-catcher title for sure.

Seeing the truth in Matt's picture above, I don't know whether to be disappointed or relieved.

"cool story, bro"
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

Even though I don't have the book,  I'm gonna guess "GRILLING WITH HOUSE OF Q"  looks darn tasty

It's not just a grill, it's a WEBER

Yes, have this book and have made several of the recipes. About 10 years ago I got to attend a few of Brian's grilling classes.
I've wanted to make this chicken but have yet to get around to it.

Not only is that an unappealing name for a dish, but he tied your name to it.

Time to change your name...or maybe your handle

Darko

I like it!!!  I'm wondering though? Is it a specific type of frog that has to abide in the WSM, or will any frog do?
