Weber for birthday boy

Well we just got done with our big day!

Josh was thrilled and ready to cook as soon as he got here. Even his little bro, Mark, wanted in on the action and since we had two grills going, each bro got their own grill. Josh used his new one and Mark used mine. Today's meal, spatchcock chicken, several legs, and several thighs, broccoli, and corn on the cob! Josh did the spatchcock over his new bag of Weber briqs and Mark did the drummies and thighs over my favorite, GFS Bulk Lump with a chunk of apple wood.

Since Josh got the grill to his home on Tuesday, he has grilled every day since, except for Friday. I think he likes the grill!
