Thanks, guys!  Sounds like patience is key.  I also at least have a decent Weber for home and for camping already.

I have a green 2000 Performer I bought from a guy in Fairfax County,  and a 1989 Smokey Joe I bought from Troy (dwnthehatch).

Love them both, but would like to get a nice gasser for home, and maybe a Jumbo Joe for camping trips where we have more than just me and my wife going.  Then if some cool colors come available, I could be talked into getting them just to get them! lol

Here in NJ the vintage stuff pops up now and then but it's mostly newer gassers and newer weber charcoal. The oldest I have seen / scored was my 1977 faded black. My other two vintage kettles were shipped here. Just have to keep checking. Older color Weber Kettles are few and far between (well, you do see some of the newer ones). I was an agent for a green 18" and a red 22" OT.. 90's vintage I think.
Seeking either 56-58 anything or Westerner

The biggest problem I see here is everyone thinks their Weber is worth much more than they are.  Especially if its a color other than black.
