Ribs look incredible and the tri-tip seems perfect. I may be out of the loop, but I have to ask: What's the Smokenator 1000?

Thanks everyone. I used one of Smoke_freaks rubs, some Memphis dust on the other rack, and some of the Heinz pitmaster sauces (Kansas, regular, and Tennessee) on both. Smoked for 7 hours and they were amazing. I ate 1 rack one day, one rack another. The tri-tip was Tuesday and the hot dogs and cube steaks were last night and breakfast this morning. All were seasoned with Santa Maria Style seasoning. Its a salt/garlic based. Loved it.
