Fine pair of Webers you got there. If the pictures were smaller and I could see both Kettles at the same time in the same light.....that would be splendid.

I really do need to either wear my glasses or turn the damn font up.....or maybe both at this point. Even though tacos distract from the looks of the newer Euro models the Green still calls to me. I have read that the old Lime Kettles from the seventies change too although I have never had the nerve to heat mine up that high.

Not as a drastic change as a Red or a Yellow but still some change. Congrats on your new Spring Green MasterTouch.

Here is mine doing a shape change.

I posted a pic of my C & B green Performer when I had a kettle pizza on it, it's a similar color to your spring green. Unfortunately the pics were hosted with photo bucket and they won't show up anymore. But I got it hot enough to melt the lid bale rollers, the color change was even more drastic than what you have here. It turned a serious shade of booger green. What I posted at the time was that the yellows and reds look better when they get hot, but the C & B green gets uglier. If you get yours even hotter you'd probably experience the same thing. Of course, I did that before I knew about porcelain crazing and issues of the finish. My green baby will never see another Kettle Pizza on it or coals directly touching the sides, baskets only.
Love the spring green and am kicking myself for not ordering that color instead of the blah slate blue I ordered from Canada.
