utility cart
« on: June 07, 2017, 07:34:42 PM »
so my buddy I gave that red ssp to gave me his old plastic table black  genisis silver. so I cleaned it up and am gonna give it to my other buddy. found this 10 mins after posted
I'm not a gas guy but have been looking for a wood slat genisis for a while and couldn't beat free.

so I swapped out the lid on the black and put the red lid on my buddies soon to be new grill (he prefers charcoal but his apartment only allows gas)

this is why I wanted the wood slat genisis, saw this on another bbq forum when I googled weber table mods

thinking about adding a back wall shelf storage with maybe a small light bar.

should be pretty neat when I'm done with it

Lets just say I have acquired a few Kettles.  Big and small.   Vintage and New...  Some say I have a problem.  I find the Kettle, buy the Kettle, USE the Kettle...No problem...

Nice Matt

Don't have room or else I'd be looking for a freeby.

Your smoke is the perfect size for me. I've got a small shoulder from the Walmart sitting in the fridge.

Are you using a snake?

@LiquidOcelot

Don't stress over the temps on a pork butt.. They can be quite forgiving.
Worry about the internal temp, wrap and let it sit before you pull it.
You will love it!
I don't care if you don't like my Avatar, its there for me..
