They won't let you order parts without registering your grill and then they can't find their serial number and corresponding model in their system???  Yikes.....people wanting to spend money with you and you won't let them because of a computer.  Sad.

Anyone know where I can get:

1.  Igniter for a 2000 weber SPP
2.  Bale rollers for a 2000 weber SPP
3.  Enclosed Ash Catcher Assembly for weber performer silver
4. The metal rod that connects the fold down shelf for a weber performer silver

Have you tried ereplacementparts.com?

I like my Kettles like my coffee....strong and black.

2019 Black 26" OKP; 2015 Black 22" OKP; 2004 Black SJP; mid 70's Statesman; mid 70's Gourmet, 2017 Black CGA; 2000 Black GGA;

There are definitely some CS reps that are useless w/o a serial number.  Don't be afraid to ask for another CS rep who is more proficient with their system. Usually get better CS reps in the evening hours.

I look up part numbers on
http://www.ereplacementparts.com/weber-parts-c-193079.html
then call Weber to order by part number.  Weber is cheaper than ereplacement + $7.00 flat shipping rate.

Obviously looking for a Glen Blue (who isn't?😂).

Looking for anything Happy Cooker, including any re-branded as Montgomery Ward.  I've amassed a nice collection, but I'm missing a few still.  Let me know if you can help a fella out🤞

Actually on second look, be sure you include 60025, if you need that too.

Yep....that's what I was trying to do.  I have the part # but "we can't make sure the parts are correct if we don't have a model". I tried to explain I would take the risk but to no avail.

Maybe I will try again later. ::)

why can't you just register it?
I am not a collector, but I do have a small collection.

That's the million dollar question.

I gave the serial # on my SSP and the serial # on a performer silver and was told that the serial numbers didn't jive with any models.  ...as I'm looking at the models with the serial #s.

I stand corrected.

I just made another call and got the assistance I needed.  That was soooooo easy.  Maybe Weber needs to do a little training to get all their staff up to speed.

Apply. I'm sure they have spots available.
