We don't make pizzas very often but I find it very enjoyable. So I figured I'd make some up to submit for pizza month!
Had some neighbors over for dinner said I made too much food but only had three pieces left over, odd.
Appetizers to warm up the grill!

I use a pre made pizza dough for all my pizzas, I'm really happy with it.

Also added a second chimney of charcoal and a hunk of hickory for the pizzas.

First pizza to fill my sons request was pepperoni and sausage, nothing fancy but a good one test the grill.

Next was a Luau pizza with chicken, bacon, ham, BBQ sauce, pineapple and cheese.

The third pizza was inspired by the pig pizza from Kingsford's website. We named it the Mother Porker.
It had some of the bacon jalapeƱos wrapped into the crust with salami, dry copa and prosciutto. Very salty and tasty!

Finally my first attempt at a margherita pizza, never looked up a recipe but I've seen a lot of pictures here. I'm sold on it!

It was nice seeing several other neighbors stop over to sample everything including my Red Stripe!
With Johnny Cash and a beautiful sunset in the back ground I couldn't have asked fora more enjoyable evening.
Thanks for looking.

Really nice work on all those pies. How did the poppers (ABTs) wrapped in the crust turn out?
Growing family = growing kettles!

Thanks for sharing this, everything looks great.
May The Smoke Be With You!

The poppers in the crust were great. I thought they might get lost in all the other flavors but they stood on their own.
