Everything in it place, and a place for everything.
I do more WMS cooks than grilling (I know, I know)...so I usually keep 60-300lbs of Kingsford, and I get 16-20 hours out of a bag, never adding, stirring, shaking, or anything like that. I swear by it on the WSM.
