I wanted something a little different from the norm. So I came up with stuffed chicken breast.
I picked up some feta cheese, asparagus, spinach, diced garlic, salt & pepper, Italian bread crumbs
I did a butterfly cut on the breast and threw on the veggies, and cheese.
I threw them onto the grate at first then onto the cast iron to crispin the outside
First time making it and it turned out pretty good. I would definitely add more feta next time.
