Need spatchcock tips

You would ask me that now that I'm back north.  My brother didn't have a whole lot of seasoning choices in his cupboard.  It was a Cajun seasoning I know that.  Didn't recognize the name on the label.  He also had a bottle of Fajitas seasoning by the same company.  White label on both I remember that.  I figured it was just a generic version he picked up at publix.  In addition to the Cajun seasoning, I also hit it with cracked black pepper and sea salt.
