Nice work....it looks like a stock add-on.  You cant beat the extra workspace.

QuoteYep, I am always looking for a decent place to set the center section of the WSM when I'm starting or finishing a cook

Mike - no doubt.  I hate setting the top or middle of my WSM on the deck.

QuoteDid I see a small chimney starter? How do you like it?

Cuda Dan - I got that for the WSM - I like to light about 10 briquets for "minion method" cooks.  It is pretty handy for starting just a small load of charcoal.  That said, I can achieve the same result using a charcoal basket and my performers gas starter.  Just doing my part to keep Weber in business....

QuoteLooking good, Winz! Do I see a 22.5" wsm in your future?

Gummi - you know how I work.  The answer to the question depends on how the CL gods work.  The 18.5 is nice, a 22 would be better.

In an ongoing relationship with a kettle named Bisbee.

Winz, I love this set up and thanks for the link to your mini setup. I thought I wanted to redo my cart with another kettle but now I think my "C" code 18.5 would look nice on a SS cart. Decisions, decisions

It's not just a grill, it's a WEBER

I only use kettles with lid bales.
