I took my towable grill with me a while back on a camping trip and the theme was “Mexican Fiesta”
Started with Nachos of course

Then grilled marinated chicken breasts for Fajitas

Also some grilled veggies for salsa and toppings. On the upper rack, I had Mexican beans and rice cooking

Also Skirt steaks

And the feast was served

I had chicken and steak Fajitas, Tilapia wrapped in corn husk and grilled

Rice and beans and all the usual condiments and toppings

And there was a lot of beer and plenty of Margaritas to go around
It was an awesome camping trip

Looks good and what we called a Mexican pile on. We have moved from a little town and really miss the get together that a few families did. Looks good oh I said that! When is the next one and what should I bring?
