Ever cook it on a Weber?

Interested in ANY offset handle SJs you may have.

I've done lamb, but never goat. I usually get my beef from my brother in law, but he also has goats... always open to new meats  ;D

 Never on a Weber......had whole roti over wood fire a few times, both slow turn & continuous & it's GOOD !!!

If you use the papaya like they suggest, don't leave it longer than called for.....papain, the enzyme, can turn meat to mush if left on or in marinade too long.....ask me how I know this...... :-[

 You might think out how to translate this roaster to kettle for this one...should work.............
