Pulled pork, first time.

Put the rub on last night, got it in the smoker at 8am.


Time for a beverage or 3.


Read 190 at 3:30, pulled it out and checked it. Done.

Let it test about an hour and...

 I must admit, I was a little leery of one of those "sqaure things" bein' able to do OK.......but I'm now convinced.... 8)

Haha yeah me too. Didn't add any water to the pan and it was very moist with a delicious bark on it. Family approves, guess I'm clear to do it again. :)

How big was the butt and what temp did you run it at?

Couple 3-4 pounders at 225 (Masterbuilt temp) or 250 (Maverick temp).
