I got a quickie in at lunch!

I wasn't a member when I scored this free summit gold but it has been one of my favorite finds. Did a 3 min steak on it. Seared pretty good. Internal temp was medium and I did cross marks only on the presentation side which saved me from lifting the lid one more time.



It's not a kettle but I've leavened to love it almost as much.

Some day I hope to score a Summit on CL for a song. In the mean time I make do with a Silver A and it serves me well. While we focus on charcoal, gassers have their place and can be indispensable for those nooners.
