Brats Bolgna and a fatty

Ole Blue got the call today to cook up some brat burgers indirect style (love this way)and had them for lunch
meanwhile the uds smoked up a naked fatty and a chub of bologna for later. The fatty was ground up to roll up in some crescent roll, rolled flat and then rolled up jelly roll style and sliced for baking in the uds. The biscuits will become biscuits and gravy later yum! Enjoy!
