Thanks for the tip. I looked at those pretty hard when we were at the factory store in Pittsburg Tennessee last Spring. If I hadn't already had so much stuff in my cart i might have pulled the trigger

Thanks but that's wayyyyy too much money for a paella pan. The ones on Amazon or at a Spanish market are approx $25 for a 15" model and good quality usually.

I hear ya Gummi - I picked up a different 17" paella pan on Williams Sonoma for about $25 this summer.  I posted this for Lodge loyalists.

I have a paella pan as well, but I usually just use my discada. It's one of my favorite cookers. I cook just about anything on it.
