Coated the potato halves with evoo and garlic salt and started them about 20 mins before the reverse sear on the steaks.


Time to move the steaks to the direct side.


Searing away:


The plate with addition of salad and mac-n-cheese


The first cut:


The boys and wife approved! I did too. Enjoy!

I do spuds like that a lot. So easy and so good! Steak and other sides look good to.
