If it breathes, we can cook it!

Jeff

Brian has that same cart as yours.  He should check the finish on his.  I bet its at least a semi gloss, maybe gloss.
Kettle collector AND cooker!

I'll see if I can find someplace that had the original finish.  It's 45 years old at this point, not sure how much of the original luster is left?  I'm willing to bet alpine white is metallic, thus not original.  Wouldn't powder coating this be expensive?

Thanks Gummi.  I will mention BMW Alpine White to the lady at the powder coating place, and watch her eyes roll!

Maybe these guys can paint it for you...

As seem on an Alpine White BMW.  ;D

Dude, relax your chicken.

Thanks everyone for being cordial and tactful, as you weighed in here.

I will go with White.  Anybody want to throw out WHAT white?  Bone?  Eggshell?  Seriously.

Yes, dying the rubber tires would be irreversible, and a poor idea.

I guess I didnt realize how rare this cart truly is.  When I looked at google images, only two or three pictures came up, and one of them was mine  :-O

I get it now 8)    I have seen the error of my thinking . . .

That's great, Beef. Now you got us even more excited. My vote is for BMW Alpine White!

Well, since we're talking whites...my vote is Subaru Satin White Pearl  8)

'79 22.5" Brownie - '00 Black SS Performer - '03 Green OTP - SJS Mini-WSM - Jumbo Joe - 22.5" Happy Cooker - '07 SJS

Thin Blue Smoke

I vote for some of that fancy white BBQ spray paint from Home Depot!  :)

Hey guys, just got my Seville back from the powder coater.  a bit more expensive that I was expecting, but it looks great.  I hope to post pics tomorrow when it is light out.
Stay tuned.

Oh, and it took an hour to sandblast the blasted thing, which made me really overrun my budget.
