Thanks Bman, MartyG and Stavlund.

I got around to doing two birds today. I brined them all night. I have to say I love this roti. These were probably the best chickens I've ever made.

Looks great Shane. And Mike was wrong, there IS a place to stand on your deck among the kettles and smokers! Next time I'll have to sneak back there and take a closer look.

Looks great, Shane!  Glad that grill finally made its way to you. 

(And Marty, he must have put an addition on his deck or something, because it's not as crowded as when I visited, and we all KNOW that Peas has been expanding his collection!)

The Weber roti's are awesome!! Damn fine cook-up!! Im curious, did you put 2 Reeses PB Cups in each bird?  :o

 Well.......yeah....I did....just that it was in the pre-camera days.......

What I'd think would work better than wrapping them is just to have sizzling smoked bacon on the side............... 8)
