Winner, winner, big fat t-bone dinner!
« on: September 15, 2013, 07:07:26 PM »
Put on a couple of T-bones smothered in chive and garlic butter for dinner tonight... and veggies. Chives, garlic, and yellow pepper were all fresh from our little south city backyard garden.

Great lookin' food. Love seeing more than one kettle on the job! Love that sear grate too.

Is that a grey SS performer in the background?

No, unfortunately not a Gray SS. It's the lid to my 76-77 faded black kettle.  The bottom is used for my WSM Mutt.

Nothing beats a good T-Bone! Nice looking food and awesome use of the 76-77 kettle. I've been thinking of doing a stubby leg setup like that.

I was gifted a 22 WSM midsection and lid... needed a bottom & the kettle was a $20 CL score.  Shortened the legs for use w/ the WSM. I've since added the internal ashpan from a Happy Cooker.  Works great!

Going camping in a couple of weekends... might take Ol Uncle Stubbs with us, if we have room!

Top job mate!  I have much to learn...

I, also, like the look of that cast searing plate in the middle of your redhead.  My mouth watered at the photos too!  ;D

They are now available in Australia, however the grate and sear grate will cost you $130. :(

Bob, we should start a 2 bottom triangle Kettle club! I thought mine looked comical but yours takes the cake. Great work!
