Parmigiano reggiano

Picked up this ~11lb slab at Restaurant Depot. It was about $80, and three of us split it. The king of all cheeses, and I use alot of it for risotto, snacking, shaved on salads, etc. So much cheaper wholesale, than at the supermarket at nearly $18 for a pound.

By far my favorite cheese.

In Illinois it was 11 per pound, sometimes 9.

I haven't bought any in California yet.

Nice!  That's one hell of a good price.  I generally pay $12-$15/lb  :(.  'The Undisputed King Of Cheeses' is, by far, my favorite.
