Thanks guys. It was a good learning experience. I will do some things different with the next one and see how that turns out. It's really good practice before Thanksgiving. Now we have plenty of turkey for sandwiches and things and I have a nice base for some turkey soup.

Great looking bird! I think I have some smoked turkey in the freezer that I need to thaw.  ;D
