Pork loin on rotisserie, with creamy pepper sauce
« on: July 27, 2013, 04:08:04 AM »
I decided to try my new rotisserie again, this time with  pork loin.

Small pork loin rubbed with some spices.
Smokewood hickory and alder

done

cut to pieces..

And plated, ready to eat with creamy pepper sauce
I just love my new Performer and rotisserie, it seems everything turns out great with that :)
