These were delicious last night. Had my mom over for mothers Day. All in one, @jebivswife built these , indirect with some cherry wood for color and flavor

Just curious, how long on the grill?

Indirect the whole time about 300 on the grate temp approx 30 minutes the veggies still had a perfect slight crunch

Is that parchment paper?  I did something similar in foil awhile back but I like the parchment idea better.  Can't wait to try this.  Maybe tonight

Yes, parchment paper, I rarely use foil with this type of cook
