Dumped the coals, and the bottom dropped out. I refused to be deterred. Got it to the plate . Had to change out of the wet clothes before eating LOL

Grate job, Joe!   Been there!   Was going to grill pork chops last night but ended up frying them due to a monsoon.

i made a wooden bracket that i clamp to the performer table. i mount a patio umbrella in it that covers me & the grill. works great unless there's high winds. i cemented a pvc pipe in a coffee can for the base
