Daily grill pic from the beach.  Met up with @AZ2FL and wife for some beach fun and conversation.  Thanks Robert for the smoked snapper throat, it was great!

Thanks Joe, it’s another really nice day.  Hot but nice - thankful for the pool!  Pork butt on at 10 this morning - not for dinner, just pulled pork sandwiches through the week for the family.

Thanks!  Haha yeah I’m a picture guy.  Pork butt was finally ready last night at midnight… my oldest son and I wrapped it in two layers of foil, two towels and it sat in a dry cooler until 7am this morning.  I was worried about the temp, but it was still at 145F when I pulled it.  Into the fridge and ready for sandwiches whenever anyone gets hungry.
