Glad you liked the Red Snapper throats! I'm going 50 miles offshore on Friday and hope to catch red snapper, trigger fish and amberjack, a bonus would be a wahoo.

EastPoint Beer Company in Eastpoint, FL has good NY style pizza. That would require crossing the bridge.

FYI: The head brew master at EastPoint used to work for Oyster City.

Thanks Robert, “the tank” was really fun to cook on once I sprayed canola oil on the hinges.  Worked perfectly for multiple rectangular steaks. As the thinner cuts were ready we transferred them to the indirect side of the kettle. Now Jacob knows how to make the entire meal.  He did a lot of the prep and was with me throughout the cook.  Great dad and son project.
