Huli Huli chicken

Saw this on Cooks Country Test Kitchen today. Had to run out for something so I picked up a couple birds and found the recipe on the web. I don't always slavishly follow recipes but I did this time (except for soaking the wood chips in water  ::) ) and it came out pretty good. It got the SWMBO stamp of approval.  ;D
