Backyard BBQ Bash, Rome GA
« on: March 31, 2022, 10:28:22 AM »
Southeast WKC peeps, if you haven't been to Rome, GA, it is a fun place to hang out.  This event is an amateur only, non-sanctioned event. No professional cook teams allowed...a good excuse for you all to come cook.... just sayin'.  I wish I could participate, but my weekend schedule doesn't allow for bbq competitions, even one in my own backyard.  But, I'll swing by and give you a blessing and beer!

Not in the cards for me unfortunately.  I'm on call that weekend and can't switch due to Mother's Day, Easter and Talladega plans laid out already for our group.  Made some trades already to ensure a Memorial Day weekend off call for a family reunion as well.  If others can make it, have a grate time!

The BBQ bash is already in the past.  But, the SE meat-up lies in the future. @JEBIV is the one who is in the know on that one.
