Jalapeño popper chicken breast

Hasselbeck style chicken with cheddar and bacon.  Grated cheddar, mozzarella, cream cheese, splash of half and half, and a generous portion of jalapeños.  Cooked on a newly restored Mediterranean with a bit of apple smoke.  #8 Wagner “National”.  ‘Twas a bit hot [emoji3062] but very flavorful.

How can you go wrong, with cheese, bacon, half/half and jalapenos.

Nice RRR on the Mediterranean! Your wife did a nice job on the whitewalls.

You need to come to Florida in 2022 for the Miami F1 race.
