I think that’s a nice idea.
I did a entrecôte steak on an EE code read head.
It’s not that vintage but I just wanted to use it.

I cleaned the kettle this afternoon and called my butcher that I need asap a good steak!

Grilled chicken thighs marinated in Italian dressing and various seasonings and glazed with bbq sauce mixed with pickled jalapeño juice and tobasco sauce. Also seasoned with Jack Daniels number 7 before grilling. Very good. No grill pictures but a friend brought over a crave case [emoji3]

A White Castle with grilled chicken thighs inserted is insane.

I used the 26” for the thighs.
