Looks like I got a dud motor. It spins fine with no weight but as soon as I put a 6lb chicken on it won't rotate.

My motors stops running some times. I usually give it some help and it gets the message. I have done some great ribeye roasts on the rotisserie. The motors seem to be standardized. The mount on my Hasty Bake oven is the same as the Weber. Should be easy to pick up a motor at goodwill, ARC thrift store or other thrift store if you are patient.
