Rib roasted.
« on: December 24, 2020, 09:14:39 PM »
Bought a large rib roast at Safeway. Cut about half of it into steaks. Those where awesome! Did the roast on Christmas Eve. Turned out good but needed, some sauce or something. Used Kinders SPG on the steaks added cracked black pepper. Then garlic butter on the steaks as served up. Did olive oil rub, with Kinders on the roast. Roast took about 4 hours. Started at 250, slowly increasing the temp, until the last 15 minutes was at 500. Internal temp 125 when taken off.
