A Few Pork Loins at the Cabin
« on: July 07, 2013, 12:24:41 PM »
With my recent move and home renovation projects I hadn't grilled in almost six weeks. I was going through serious withdrawal! We went to the cabin for the 4th so I got to make a few porks loins for about nineteen of us. I have also made burgers and chicken in other meals. I'm feel a little more like myself now.

I don't usually wear goofy aprons like this, but my nephew made this for me when he was working in a t-shirt shop so I wore it for him. I've got a sweet Tennessee BBQ pork loin from Raichlen's BBQU website.

Representing. I changed into my WKC t-shirt later but didn't get a photo.

This was a maple glazed pork loin. It turned out excellent.

Here it is on the platter. It went fast.

Thanks Duke, but I'm back in the good 'ole U. S. of A.!! We just moved back after the classwork portion of my PhD was completed. I was in Canada for two years and we're EXTREMELY glad to be back home.

I brought my brownie and C&B Performer back to the land of their birth too.  ;D
