Country style beef ribs

Yeah, I didn't know what they were, either. But as it says on the label, "beef boneless chuck."

These are thick chunks of beef cut to resemble "ribs" I suppose, square-cut rectangles. Super-easy to cook.

Marinated for over a day because I put the cooking of it off. Red wine, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, salt/pep, worcestershire sauce --- that kind of thing.

Not a lot of meat here; I used one charcoal basket.

Quick 1-minute sear over the coals and then about a 30-minute cook indirect, but near the hot area.

This is about half done, after they'd been turned:

And done to medium rare:

The marinade gave the beef a nice sweet flavor. Tender and yummy.
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch
