Turkey Breast

I took Malcolm Reeds advice and did a turkey breast. 275 until the breast was about 130. Turned the breast over, wrapped in foil with one whole stick of butter. Brought it up to 163, pulled it off let it rest for 20 minutes then sliced. It was very good.
