I've been wanting to do a dessert on the grill, I am no baker, but I love brownies. So I thought I'd give them a whirl on the Warrior. I got the grill to 350-355 degrees with one charcoal basket, put the brownies on for just over 30 minutes.

The mix

Going on the kettle..

Halfway point...about 15 minutes.

Cooling on the stove. 33 minutes on the grill.

Gotta have some ice cream with them...

Not too bad for my first try, Wife and kids loved them, so I guess I did ok...
