No-smoke, almost done

I still amazes me how steady a Weber Kettle can hold a temp once it is set.
I am not a collector, but I do have a small collection.

Great idea, never thougth about doing meatloaf on a cedar plank.

I love your 99 MT, too. 

And the meatloaf looks great.  I've done some on the WSM, but I'll have to try it on the kettle.  Maybe on some cedar shingles I have in the shed.  Thanks for the tip.
