Shotgun shells

Read about these online. Decided to try them. Manacotti stuffed with ground beef/sausage mixture the wrapped in bacon.  Turned out good.

Interesting cook, I’d give it a try!
 Did you par cook the bacon before wrapping manicotti shells and precook beef/sausage ?

No, but next time I might precook the pasta a little. They where kind of chewy. Still very good. I did wipe one side of the bacon with bbq sauce before wrapping.

Side note ... thank you, to you and jebev for the meatloaf idea. I cooked a meatloaf on my 26” this evening. It was very tasty! My wife put it all together and I just cooked it.
