It's going to be a few days before I get that wok hot but I am excited. The castiron wok in the grates works grate for meat and peppers but I sometimes end up burning some of the rice because it's last, so the iron is really hot by then and it is so close to the coals.

Hopefully this helps cut the air flow down and keeps the food up higher.
