Use side burner in a table or outdoor kitchen?

Has anyone tried salvaging a side burner from a gasser, for use in a table or an outdoor kitchen?

Pretty sure someone here has added a Genesis side burner to a SSP.  Maybe it was @Jules V.?

I didn’t save one and install on a table, but after tossing the cook box, I added a table top to an old Genesis and kept the side burner

Probably doesn’t help you though
Dude, relax your chicken.

I did, went with a cheap take off a donor gasser someone gave me after seeing one done here.  Works well to start the coals in a chimney, but really doesn't have the btu's I was hoping for but it does the job.
