Antique weber grill - lead paint?

Greetings all!

I have an antique weber kettle grill, dark green. I think it's from the 70s. Probably a weird question, but do I need to be concerned about lead paint on a grill this old?

If it was made at Weber than it's porcelain enameled not painted.
Fire it up and cook on it.

It's porcelain, same as a stove. No issues.

Nothing to worry about at all. 
I have the appropriate skills & equipment to dispose of it properly so that your backyard does not turn into some sort of Superfund toxic waste site.  Please PM me & I'll make sure it is disposed of in an appropriate manner.
