SSP Top Frame Repair

Anybody have any luck getting the tabs re-attached to the top frame of SSP. I picked up (LITERALLY) a SSP. I arrived at the guys house just after he pulled it out of the garage and it collapsed in his front yard. Broke off all 4 tab welds!

Surely a welding shop wouldn't want much to get them back on there. Maybe someone else here has done it already another way though
