« on: April 12, 2020, 10:27:20 AM »
Saw this on a guy's porch a couple weeks ago decided to do cold call. I asked if he would like to get rid of it. 10 buck he said. Went to pick it up realize no wheels no triangle legs fell off. Someone used a 20 lb bags of charcoal porcelain pops around leg sockets grates are trash. So a bit of RRR you'll be cooking in no tim

$10 still sounds like deal.  Just pick up a cheap black one to use for parts.

Looks like the person laid to lead on the concrete scratches all over it'll cook. All bottom vents disfigured somehow.

That porcelain damage around the leg sockets is from someone dropping the kettle from higher than a couple of feet (like unloading a kettle from a pick up truck bed).  Even if it lands on it's wheels, that's the damage that occurs.   Don't ask me how I know that.......................

Gentle taps with a rubber mallet from inside should pop the leg sockets back into place.... Nice find!
