14.5” beef ribs
« on: January 11, 2020, 04:49:08 PM »
First low n slow on the 14.5” WSM. So fun and simple. Ran 238 for like 45 mins. Honestly I thought my thermometer was broken, it was just that steady. Wrapped around 160. Pulled at 203, rested in cooler for about an hour. Love beef ribs, though these didn’t have a ton of meat. All good though, only used 1 full chimney total. BnB charcoal. Grate day!

Looks delish!
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Looks great!
I swear, when I score a great deal on a 26" I'll stop buying grills... So often.

I used a rub from a local shop in Emigrant MT. Follow Yer Nose BBQ.  You can buy it online. https://www.followyernosebbq.com/
